The Resonance Principle: How Intuition Fuels Sustainable Growth

For years, I’ve been fascinated by what truly drives sustainable business growth. It's a question I’ve tackled in countless boardrooms and strategy sessions as a Fractional CRO. Yet the most profound answer recently came from an unexpected place: a simple coffee cup from my college days.

Tucked away in my cupboard, a memento from my time as a sorority event chair (Pi Beta Phi, BGSU) held a quote I’d chosen two decades ago: 'Sisters are not always those whose parents are the same... sisters of the spirit, too, are sent from up above.' When I first selected it, it resonated deeply, because Pi Phi's are known as angels, it captured the essence of the sisterhood and values we upheld. Now, seeing it again, I understood why I'd held onto it for so long, granting it "25% free rent" on my top shelf. It wasn't just an object; it embodied  genuine connection and shared values.

This insight became the cornerstone of my approach to Fractional CRO work. In a world saturated with data, algorithms, and endless 'how-to' guides, we often overlook our most powerful asset: intuition. That inner knowing isn't a replacement for analytics; it's the compass that guides us through the data, helping us discern truth from noise, and identify opportunities that conventional analysis might miss.

My journey—from a 20-year-old leader trusting her gut to define community spirit, to a Fractional CRO guiding companies to their next revenue milestone—has shown me that true leadership isn't just about control; it's about tuning into that authentic frequency. It’s about:
